QBO Tech Tip - Filter For Attachments & Download
- All of my template workflows include details like this, and my Standard Operating Process Guides are start to finish standards for apps and internal processes.
This month’s QBO tech tips are super quick, yet useful ones. They are questions I see floating around on social media and in some community groups, so although many of you may know how to filter for and download attachments, I see plenty of folks who do not.
Filter for attachments
Go to the Expenses tab on the left navigation bar
Click the “baby gear” medium right on the page
Toggle on Attachments
Download attachments
Go to the main gear icon, top right
Choose Lists
Click Attachments
From there, you can batch or individually export the attachments. While on this page, you can also create an expense or invoice.
