QBO Tech Tip - Dealing With Bank Feed Orphans

Low volume
Post to the correct account, use tags (create a custom report that ships off to the client, or they can go look at it right in QBO)
Once receipts are found, or information supplied, open and untag
High volume
Create sub-accounts of the account types like Costs of Goods Sold, Expenses, and Income and post them there
Create custom reports for the client to check and let you know about
Once receipts are found, or information supplied, use batch reclassify to move to the proper account
The books don’t need to be accurate to every detail, in real-time, but you want to clear the feeds and keep moving.

Use an app like Client Hub, Keeper or Uncat to clear the feeds and ship off questions to clients
These apps will reclassify in real-time in the books when answers supplied by the client
